TRUSTCOMPARE Versions
Advanced Business Analytics
This level is for organizations that are large enough that they have created product line cost center accounting that includes allocations of all costs to each product line unit. Subscribers to this level will receive the following:
- A report in presentation format that will include an executive summary of the key metrics, tables, and charts with a comparison to peers by revenue size and to the universe. This report significantly expands the ratios breaking down the metrics into detailed product lines.
- For new subscribers a teleconference will be provided after the report is received with the department manager, management team, and bank executives or Trust Committee members.
- A CD-ROM with electronic versions of all report pages allowing you to extract individual graphs for presentation to management or Trust Committee.
- If you belong or participate in one of the many TRUSTCOMPARE affinity groups, you will receive an additional report comparing your metrics against that affinity group.
- A on-day onsite consultation with one of our regional TRUSTCOMPARE consultants to work with the Trust manager and team to interpret the results and discuss how to use those results to improve departmental performance (travel costs only will be borne by the subscriber).
Core Trust Metrics
This is the basic level of service. Regardless of the size of your organization, you can subscribe to this level of reporting and obtain the informative key metrics. The deliverables for this version include:
- A report in presentation format that will include an executive summary of the key metrics with a comparison to peers by revenue size and to the "universe" of subscribers.
- For new subscribers a teleconference will be provided, after the report is received. During this conversation, we can answer questions from the department manager, management team, and bank executives or Trust Committee members.
